This gym-based program has been created to give kickers power, stability, accuracy, and distance to their kicking game. Crafted by Peter Breen, backs coach of the Australian Wallaroos and the founder of Rugby Bricks this program will add everything you need to your kicking game on the paddock.
This kicking program has 10 exclusive exercises that will focus on creating single-legged stability when place kicking, nailing the drop goal or just putting more distance on your punt. With a focus on developing strength and explosive power through some of the smaller muscles groups, you will create a strong kinetic chain that will help you transfer the strength and power through your legs into your kicking game on the pitch.
Used by the Wallaroos half-back Georgia Corms and the Melbourne Rebels U19 training group this program has helped players across all levels of the game add more distance to their kick and convert at a higher percentage.
